5 SIMPLE TIPS TO TURN A BAD DAY AROUND

A few days are just good and okay. Some days are great. Better than you would have expected when you woke up in the morning.

But some days are just horrible. The days that wind up being really bad.

Bad days have to happen so you can appreciate the good ones. These tips will help you turn your bad days around:

 

1. LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONGS

Listening to good music can alter your mood and make you feel happier.  Choose your favorite uplifting songs and create a great playlist to listen to.

Intense times are bound to happen, but good music can remind you to have fun and take a break.

 

2. WATCH FUNNY VIDEOS

How many times have funny YouTube videos made your day ten times better? I bet so many times.

So why not watch more funny videos that make you laugh after a hard day?

 

3. SPEND TIME WITH ANIMALS

If you love animals, you would know that spending time, petting and playing with animals is really therapeutic. Spending some time with animals can greatly improve your mood.

 

4. EXERCISE

“Wow, I really regret that workout.”, said no one ever.

Get up and move even if you don’t want to. A great exercise stimulates the release of endorphin, the “feel good” hormone. Here are some fitness tips you can use to improve your mood and health.

 

5. SIMPLE THINGS IN LIFE

The simple things in life are usually the best. Learn how to appreciate the moment and make good memories.

Go out with friends, walk barefoot in the grass, meditate, dance or do something that always leaves you feeling happy. You should always appreciate the simplest things in life.

    Great article Yvonne. I personally like to exercise my frustrations out. If someone has pissed me off. I just take it out on the field. Come back refreshed.
